Custom Design Options
The design possibilities are wide open. Your booth can be customised to reflect your brand, event theme, colours, logo, sponsor messaging or creative concept.

You can also add a printed backdrop or additional styling elements to create an even more immersive experience.
Material & Venue Access Notes
For the front cover panel, we typically use a 3mm acrylic sheet where venue access allows, as this provides a cleaner, smoother and more premium finish.
Because large acrylic sheets can be fragile and difficult to manoeuvre through some venues, we assess practical access requirements such as:
- Lift dimensions
- Stair access
- Distance from loading zone to setup area
- Tight access points or restricted entry paths
Where access is limited, we may instead use PETG, which is more flexible and easier to transport. While PETG is more durable for difficult access situations, it may not achieve the same perfectly taut, ultra-smooth finish as acrylic.
Artwork & Design
If required, custom artwork design can be arranged through our print partner at $150 per hour.
Alternatively, you are welcome to supply your own finished artwork for print.
