Winter Packages are only available for events that are booked & secured by a 50% deposit before 30 August 2024, for events occurring up to & including 10 December 2024.
Package prices do not include refundable bonds and this will be charged over and above and refunded accordingly.

Installation/Pack Travel Fees
All our packages come with free installation and pack down within 20 Kilometers from Partycrate in Stanmore Bay
Events within 20km from our base: No additional charges.
Events outside 20km from our base: Will be quoted accordingly
Installation/Packdown Hours
Please note that any installs/packdowns outside our normal hours 8am-10pm, will occur in an $80 charge x number of staff required for packdown after-hours. Most venues allow for packdown the next day so we highly recommend securing a time with the venue the day after your event to avoid this after-hours charge.
